Bengaluru:- The book fair sponsored by Kairali Books was inaugurated by Sreekala P Vijayan, a multilingual poet and writer, at a literary festival organized by the Kairali Arts Society. The inauguartion was done with the first purchase of books. The literary festival was presided over by Dr. Chandrasekhara Kambara (President, Kendra Sahitya Akademi). The book launch of several books were held. Dr. Chandrashekhara Kambara’s Shivante kadumthudi, prof. Nagarajaiah’s Charuvasantha, Dr. Prasanna Santhkadur’s Su,Dr.P Harikumar’s Pravasiyude mundu, Premraj K K’s Chila Nirangal and Sreekala P Vijayan’s Mridula were launched. Gigantic literary luminaries attended the function. Famous poet Soman Katalur, Sargadhara literary forum president Shanthamenon, treasurer Sreejesh Mathrubhumi director Megha Padhman, payyannur Kunjhiraman etc made the event an unforgetable one.

The author of Amazon Bestselling book Amorous Musings, Sreekala P vijayan has once again gained the mass attention through her fictional poetry book Mridula- A woman’s poetic reflections. Sreekala being famous for writing poems on relatability of life , has described the pitfalls and emotional traumas of the virtual world and a group of victims who are unknowingly addicted to it and has become the victims of depression.Though the main theme and story revolves around a character named Mridula, it is the sumtotal of the lives of many who had to make life a scapegoat through modern-day social media communications. She expressed to the mass media that her debut novel named “Lost in Love” will come out after the release of “The Burgeons”, a collection of poems by students .
